What began as two studios — Peppermill Projects and Brand Joint — serving different audiences has come together as one. As the name itself suggests, we’re grinding things up and mixing them together to create something with more flavor and impact. This evolution is the result of years of experience in design, brand strategy, and mentoring entrepreneurs. As my work has shifted toward guiding founders and helping businesses grow, I’m practicing what I preach: simplifying and streamlining so I can focus on the work I love without being distracted by admin and overhead.
